CHUTE SERIES

• Vinyl and mesh chutes include many different styles and sizes
• Built to catch excess material and debris connecting ducts and openings in a manufacturing facility
• Customer provided equipment measurements, I chose materials that were durable and easy to clean
• Conical formulas and general geometry used to draft patterns
• Different attachment methods used including a square flange with die-cut holes and elastic shock
   cord enclosed in the hem
• Large pieces had to be broken up to fit the material roll width, heat sealed seams for a flat, attractive
   appearance
• Sketches were sent to the customer for approval, and we produced these chutes and other custom
   projects since
• Gained additional customers who viewed these chutes in use who asked for similar products
