• Camouflage duck blind fits closely over a hunting pontoon
• Features strips made from the same fabric all over the surface that can hold natural brush to further
   conceal the hunter
• Tear-away hook and loop behind zippered windows allows for quick movement
• Created an original design tote bag to store and transport duck blind when not in use
• Customer provided a sample and fabric patterns used by the previous manufacturer
     • Customer patterns had many mistakes and useless components driving up labor times and cost
     • Because of the extensive changes to be made, new patterns were drafted
     • Removed unnecessary seams and components, changed seams and darts to adjust for fit, added other        components per the customer’s request
• Added drip vents in the back to allow water to flow through the bottom, elastic in the hem, and rail ties on    the inside to reduce wind and water drag
• Other than the camouflage fabric, sourced all other materials taking into account performance,    
   appearance, and cost
• Went into mass-production after final patterns were digitized and prototype approved
• Trained several different operators and developed a work flow for using multiple operators at once
• Customer was very happy and filmed a commercial using our design
